Top 5 Social Apps Performance in Finland Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the top social apps in Finland showed varied performance trends according to data from Sensor Tower.

TikTok - Videos, Shop & LIVE experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $107K by the end of March. Weekly downloads decreased steadily over the quarter, starting at 6.3K and dropping to around 4.7K. However, weekly active users remained robust, increasing from 656K to 715K.

Instagram showed a decline in weekly revenue, ending the quarter at $5.6K from a high of $9.8K in mid-January. Downloads followed a downward trend, starting at 5K and ending at 3.8K. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 716K.

Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat saw its revenue reach a high of $8.1K in early February, declining to $6.2K by the end of March. Downloads remained low, averaging around 300 weekly, while active users slightly decreased from 3.9K to 3.8K.

Yubo: Make friends & Chat now ended the quarter with an increase in weekly revenue to $8.8K. Downloads were relatively stable, fluctuating around 700 weekly. Active users decreased from 11.3K to 9K.

Facebook had a modest revenue increase, ending at $2.6K. Weekly downloads saw a decline from 4.8K to 4.3K. Active users showed resilience, growing from 1.05M to 1.06M by the end of the quarter.
